1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, tuck your tailbone under and engage your core muscles.
2. Raise a weight either a dumbbell or plate in front of your chest. Now with both hands pass the weight clockwise around the back of your head all the way until it is back in front of your chest.
3. Keeping your spine in neutral and core engaged. Now go the other way.
