Goblet Squat

1. Position in yourself ready for a classic squat.

2. Pick a suitable dumbbell weight and hold under each both palms with elbows tucked into. Hug it tight against your chest. With your elbows pointing down, lower your body into a squat. Allow your elbows to brush past the insides of your knees as you descend.

3. Squeeze glutes and thrust back up to your starting point.
