Let’s start afresh. This is a change in lifestyle and not a diet!

 We want you to have a healthy Lean body all year around so we have created a program that doesn’t just change you for the short term, but a program that will allow you to change the way you look, feel and think about health and fitness for many years to come!

 During the full 10 week course we will be looking to make small changes to certain habits regarding, sleep, exercise, nutrition, routine, mental wellbeing and hydration that will make a big difference to you!

 We have made the Lean Life to help you become healthier, fitter and happier a whole lot easier. A guide to encourage you to change habits for the better, now and in the future.

 So, over the next 7 days we will introduce you to our style of training, and eating. We aim to ease you into the process slowly, so you don’t need to go hell for leather at each workout.  (Please note, this doesn’t mean that the workouts this week wont be challenging, it just means you will have a little less training load to get you accustomed and confident with the program)

 Our workouts are short, each one being roughly 25 minutes and the best part is you can do them without any specialist equipment and very little space if you do not wish to join a gym. We want you to be fit and healthy for whatever life throws at you, so we use a variety of training methods to keep it interesting including, HIIT, strength training and endurance.

 Our recipes are simple and quick to make, they can also be made on a large scale if you have a family to feed or want extra for lunch the next day.
