The lean life 10-week program will set you up for a lifetime of new habits that will benefit you in more ways than you can imagine. The first 6 weeks is based on developing these new habits and making the changes to your lifestyle while getting fit, blasting body fat, gaining muscle having more energy and improving your confidence.
Weeks 7-10 focus maintaining these habits and sculpting your body using separate workout programs for men and women. (lets not kid anyone, we all know you want different results)
We believe it’s achievable for everybody to have a strong, fit and healthy body all year around, and that’s our aim. By eating delicious real food, regular exercise and implementing what we teach you in The Lean Life, you can get lean and maintain it without having to diet or overthink anything….
