1. Start by doing a regular squat, then engage your core and jump up explosively, pushing through your heels and ball of your feet. Squeeze glutes at the top of the movement.
2. When you land, lower your body back into the squat position. Land as quietly as possible. Watch you don’t round your spine at the bottom of the squat.
