1.Stand feet hip-width apart, look forward with your chest up, keep your weight on your heels with a neutral spine.
2. Break at the hips and push your butt back. Keep going until your hips are parallel to your knees.
3.To stand back up push through your heels, keep your core tight and squeeze your butt at the top of the movement.
